To enter, correctly complete an official raffle ticket stub and present it to the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum either directly, via telephone, by entry through the Museum’s website or at any show or event where this raffle is promoted. A minimum contribution of $100 per ticket is suggested, but larger contributions are encouraged. There will be only 1,000 tickets produced and sold.
This motorcycle was donated to the Museum by the Harley-Davidson Motor Company to help commemorate the Museum’s exhibit "MotoStars: Celebrities + Motorcycles". The exhibit was dedicated on June 28, 2008.
Enter as often as you wish. You must be 18 years of age or older to enter. ONLY official raffle tickets will be accepted. Tickets may be obtained by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover during regular Museum business hours by telephone at 614-856-2222, ext. 1277 or at the Museum website, www.motorcyclemuseum.org or by sending a check or money order in an amount equal to $100 per ticket requested to: Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, 13515 Yarmouth Drive, Pickerington, Ohio 43147. If requesting tickets by mail be sure to specify that you want tickets on the 2008 ROCKER-C and include all contact information. This raffle may be presented in conjunction with various other promotions sponsored by the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum.
This raffle begins June 26, 2008. All entries must be received prior to the drawing in July 2009 to be eligible. No responsibility is assumed for lost, late, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or postage-due mail, or for printing or other errors.
The prize winner will be selected in a random drawing and all decisions are final. The drawing will be held during AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days 2009. The winner need not be present at the time of the drawing. All entries become the property of the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and will not be returned.
The potential winner will be notified by telephone and/or certified mail. The potential winner will follow directions contained and any required affidavit of eligibility/release of liability/prize acceptance form or any other correspondence attached therewith and return all forms, correctly filled out, so that the forms are received within twenty-one days of the date of the correspondence. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and an alternate prize winner may be selected. The potential winner is responsible for ensuring that all of the previously mentioned forms are actually received at the designated address within twenty-one days.
The grand prize consists of a new 2008 ROCKER-C Harley-Davidson motorcycle signed by Willie G. Davidson. There is only one grand prize to be awarded. The total value of the grand prize is $19,495 MSRP. The motorcycle will be displayed at various motorcycle events and will, as a result, be subject to some wear and tear. There is no substitution of this prize. Value of the prize is stated in U.S. currency.
Winner is solely responsible for all taxes, tariffs, fees, shipping, duties, licensing, registration fees and miscellaneous costs related to the prize won and its transportation.
Winner agrees to remove the motorcycle from AMHF/Museum premises by no later than December 01, 2009. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and prize will then be awarded to an alternate ticket holder.
Raffle is subject to all applicable laws and is void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by applicable law. Persons entering the raffle are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations in any way relating to their entry or entries whether based upon their place of residence or otherwise.
Paid employees of the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, the American Motorcyclist Association, members of the AMHF, AMA, or Paradama Boards of Trustees and employees of the Harley-Davidson Motor Company and any of the previously mentioned parties' immediate family are not eligible to participate.
The winner releases the American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation, the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum and the American Motorcyclist Association and its offices, agents, and employees from any responsibility or liability in connection with any loss, accident, or death incurred in connection with the use of this prize. The Motorcycle Hall of Fame does not make, nor is responsible for, a warranty or a guarantee with regards to this prize.
By acceptance of the prize, winner consents to the use of his/her name and address and/or likeness for purposes of advertising or trade without additional compensation.

By entering the raffle, each participant agrees to abide by the rules of the raffle. The American Motorcycle Heritage Foundation reserves the right to amend, revise, and interpret these rules as it sees fit.
